I’m an entrepreneur who spent over a decade working in Financial Services dealing with the same challenges as my clients.  A generalist/specialist that can go deep and wide for your growing company.  As a former fund manager in 7 asset classes, I’ve spent years studying financial markets, human decisions where risk is involved, and biases that can hinder us from making sound decisions.

I started Fletcher Search to work directly with clients and candidates, and serve their hiring and career needs. I’ve found a natural fit and passion for recruiting and I have a diverse background as a top performer in the Recruiting and Financial Services Industry. I’m outgoing and curious by nature and I love the search business, as it gives me the opportunity to change people’s lives.
